Significance
* FOR: 1. Sadza use hot water and white OR yellow mealie meal. 2. Vegetables use tomatoes, onions, salt and cooking oil in cabbage, rape, covo okra OR whatever other vegetables you like. Mix with the nearly cooked meat! 3. Use cow's beef OR goat meat stewed until soft for the vegetables. 4. When ALL the dishes are ready serve the food. * HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!

Use a medium cup for a medium pot, etc

Use kgs e.g. 1 kg for 3 servings

3 bundles for 3 servings
Preparation:
1) Cook the beef OR goat stew first as it takes longer
2) Cook the vegetables, next
3) Finally, cook the Sadza which is served best when hot. Cold Sadza is used maybe the following day!
