Super quick to make but simply delicious, there’s nothing quite like the classic flavour combination of black pepper and Parmesan cheese. Add extra shavings of Parmesan to the top of the pasta to serve, for a truly tasty midweek meal.
1) Cook 200g spaghetti in well-salted water according to packet instructions. Halfway through cooking, spoon out half a glass of pasta water and set aside to cool slightly.
2) In a large bowl, whisk together a large handful grated Parmesan and plenty of fresh black pepper with the pasta water until smooth and silky.
3) Drain the pasta and toss through the sauce.
